Yoga & Chant: Hanuman Chalisa- Connect to Your Courageous Heart w/Nina Rao & Allison Egan Datwani at Birchwood Center
I'm pleased to share that Nina Rao who's CD cover is shown below, myself shown above and Birchwood Center will be collaborating with each other to inspire connecting to your courageous heart with a special Yoga and Chant event Sunday March 5th 2-5pm at Birchwood Center of Yoga and Massage in Nyack, New York.

This is a 2 part event that begins with an open level yoga flow taught by me while Nina Rao and a tabla drummer will accompany the class with music and chanting. I will mindfully move you through a variety of lunges, hip openers and back bends which will ultimately lead you into your expression of Hanumanasana/split pose.
After the yoga flow 1st half of the event Nina will speak about the devoted, fearless and truth seeking warrior, Hanuman, the Hindu monkey God. Then she will sing the Hanuman Chalisa which will energize your courageous heart followed by Kirtan style call and response mantra chanting.
Please join us for this very special event from 2-5pm for $40 which is our early bird special until Feb. 25th or $20 for the 2nd half Kirtan only portion of the event which starts at 3:30pm.
After Feb. 25th the full event is $50 and Kirtan only is $25.
