Pictured here are posture variations we are currently practicing in class. These Garuda/Eagle pose type shapes are highlighted with circles to express the wavy and healing rhythms of these postures. When I practice these postures I feel circles moving through and around me. This may or may not resonate with you but the next time you practice vinyasa yoga pay attention to the shapes you feel are moving within and around you. Are they circles? Triangles? Squares?
