What's NEW- Yoga Six West Boca

Can you feel it? A total lunar eclipse is coming. This Wednesday to be exact. What I've noticed with eclipses is they are like pivot points that can jump us forward in our individual and collective destiny to get us further up the beach than we've ever been before. That is, if we let it. 

I'm thrilled to share, I gratefully received an invitation to teach yoga flow + sculpting classes at `Yoga Six West Boca Y6 is a modern boutique yoga studio that offers 6 types of classes. The West Boca location is opening for live in person classes in June and I'm over the moon to become a part of South Florida's yoga teaching community. The best part is,  I can continue live streaming classes with BambooMoves Yoga in Englewood, NJ  and at My Online Studio
