Lately at my online livestream & on demand replays studio we’ve been yoga flowing with a slow + strong twisting flow, bodysculpting with 3 & 5lbs weights, & restoring with the surrender class which btw is the perfect yoga practice for the brand new beginner - experienced yoga practitioner to find your breath, stretch, + rest your mind & body.

Mostly every morning I create & curate these classes before the sunrises. They truly are my heartfelt practice blessed by the light at the crack of dawn. I am honored to have monthly subscribers & regular drop in students. It is truly amazing how these challenging and changing times with advancements in technology combined with the will to stay connected with activities that bring us joy, has perhaps brought us even closer together.
