ThanksGiving Day Yoga Flow IN STUDIO & Livestream at BambooMoves Yoga Englewood, NJ

 

I am so grateful to be coming home to New Jersey from Boca Raton, Florida for ThanksGiving to visit my family and friends plus offer the annual ThanksGiving Day Yoga Flow class at BambooMoves Yoga in Englewood, NJ. I will be teaching IN STUDIO & Live-streaming this special Open Level class Thursday November 25th at 9:30am for 1hr 15min. In this practice, you will experience energizing back-bending postures, soothing forward and side bending stretches, plus reflective meditative moments that will open your heart to feel what brings you true happiness.
