In Studio & Livestream Holiday Flow at BambooMoves Yoga NJ + Allison's Online & On Demand Studio
It's the most wonderful time of the year and I'm thrilled to be heading home to New Jersey for the holidays. While I'm visiting, I will be leading a special Holiday Flow class on Sunday December 26th at 9am est for 1hr 15min at BambooMoves Yoga in Englewood, New Jersey.
As we flow together in studio or livestream class from the comfort of your home, we will cultivate holiday cheer from the inside out with a beautiful shoulder, hip, and spine opening yoga flow designed to foster joy.
The Holiday Flow Open Level class is sequenced to build focus, endurance, and flexibility. This class moves at a steady pace to keep your practice fluid, creative, and energizing. There will be easy to follow variations of more challenging poses threaded within the flow to pick from to facilitate breakthroughs in both body and mind. You will leave your mat feeling joyful and empowered.
