February’s Heart Opening Events & Classes
February is National Heart Disease Awareness Month & is often referred to as the month of love because of Valentine’s Day.

If so, this month my teachings will offer you plenty of heart opening yoga flows, heart strengthening cardio blasts in my sculpting classes, & heart healing meditations that will remind you of how capable you are to live & love from the heart.

Galentine’s Day Flow Monday February 14th 6pm-7:30pm est

Flow for a Cause- Make Our School’s Safe Y6 Mix & Healing Meditation Saturday February 19th 2pm-3pm est
This is a donation based class dedicated to Make Our Schools Safe. This cause is born out of the Majory Stoneman Douglas High School massacre on Valentine’s Day 2018 when the founders lost their beautiful 14 year-old daughter Alyssa Aldaheff. Make Our School’s Safe mission is to strengthen weaknesses in school security.
Heart Openers & Backbend Workshop Saturday February 26th 2pm-4pm est
In this 2 hour workshop, I will guide you to extend your spine with step by step posture breakdowns to create a healthy & perfect for you backbend. First we will warm up with a heart opening posture flow followed by backbend posture breakdowns where we will use various props like blocks, bolsters, & straps to ease into our back extensions. This workshop concludes with restorative postures that will help you digest all you mobilized & leave you positively glowing.
