Winter Solstice Surrender
As we approach the Winter Solstice this Thursday, the longest night of the year, let's prepare to welcome the sun's rebirth on Friday. Why not opt for a change of pace amidst the festive rush? Take a moment to sync with nature's rhythm, slow down and rest with a “Surrender" yoga session.
"Surrender" is a gentle yoga practice that prepares you to slow down. It incorporates a blend of gentle yoga flow to warm up followed by long-hold stretch yin and restorative yoga postures. This practice is not only excellent for recovery from strenuous workouts and long days, but it's also ideal for those times when you know you need to move, but crave a slower, more relaxed pace. Students often tell me they feel balanced and rejuvenated after a session.
This class airs every Friday at 9 am and it is also available on demand. So, whether you're an early bird or prefer to find your zen at your own pace, I’ve got you covered!
