Growing up as a dance student, I was always inspired by movement and how to communicate the importance of moving efficiently. I remember being on the basement floor at my childhood friend’s house, teaching her and a couple of other friends the Jane Fonda exercise routine I memorized off a cassette. Little did I know then that fitness, yoga, and meditation would become what I like to call my super power, helping me feel my most strong and confident self.
