Dancing Shiva Pose, also known as Parivrtta Hasta Padangusthasana, is a powerful twisted standing balance pose that enhances balance, strength, and confidence. The bent knee floating foot variation is particularly effective for those looking to advance their practice and challenge their stability.


Tips for Success

  1. Use a Kickstand: Place your floating foot on the floor, a block, or keep it in space to maintain balance. This can be a helpful way to build confidence and stability.
  2. Develop Strength and Willingness: This pose not only strengthens your muscles but also cultivates a sense of determination and perseverance, essential qualities for any yoga practitioner.
