As we approach the Thanksgiving holiday, it's the perfect time to pause and appreciate the abundance in our lives. In a world that often emphasizes the hustle, gratitude offers a moment to cherish the view. It’s easy to overlook the little, big, & unseen blessings amidst the constant motion of life, but this season encourages us to stop and say thank you.


I am truly grateful for everyone who has been a part of my journey, and I wish you a joyful and healthy holiday season. To deepen this sense of gratitude, I’ve created a special practice called Gratitude Flow - a heart opening yoga practice designed to cultivate thankfulness and self care.


Gratitude Flow: A Heart Opening Practice 


Gratitude Flow begins with a soothing restorative posture that gently opens your heart, neck, and shoulders. This calming start sets the tone for the practice by inviting peace and openness into your body and mind.


Next, you will use a yoga strap to warm up your spine, preparing for a dynamic sequence that will both open and strengthen your chest, neck, and shoulders. As you move through the flow, you will be guided to embrace feelings of gratitude and open heartedness, while experiencing a strengthening burn in your hips and legs.


The class concludes with heart opening backbends and neutralizing movements, leading into a final relaxation posture. This ending leaves you feeling balanced, rejuvenated, and ready to carry the attitude of gratitude into your daily life.
